Married to DuraBante’s Founder, Scott K. Thompson, Tanya has been an integral partner in the company’s growth since its inception. With degrees in Accounting and Marketing and more than 20 years of experience developing, managing, and leading back-office operations, Tanya brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to the organization.

Often referred to as “the glue” of DuraBante, she oversees all Accounting and Human Resources functions, including Accounts Receivable,

Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Employee Onboarding. Tanya has also played a key role in developing the company’s Handbook, policies, and procedures, leading payroll system implementation and onboarding, and designing a comprehensive employee benefits structure that delivers competitive coverage while maintaining cost efficiency for both the company and its team members.

Her steady leadership and commitment to operational excellence have been foundational to building the strong administrative infrastructure that supports DuraBante’s continued growth.
