Amy Bennett

Vice President & Practice Lead, Business Resiliency 

Amy Bennett serves as DuraBante’s Vice President and Practice Lead for Business Resilience, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience in crisis management, organizational resilience, and business continuity across the U.S. Army, the Maryland National Guard, and the corporate sector. Before joining DuraBante, Amy served as Vice President of Business Resilience at T. Rowe Price, where she built and led enterprise-wide programs for crisis management, continuity planning, and operational resilience. Amy's areas of expertise include conducting Business Impact Analysis, Business Unit Continuity Planning, Enterprise Continuity of Operations Planning, Incident Response and Crisis Management Planning, and planning and facilitating Business Resilience Training and Exercises, including executive tabletop and staff functional exercises

A retired Lieutenant Colonel and Certified Business Continuity Professional, she has overseen high-stakes emergency response operations, facilitated executive-level crisis leadership, and guided organizations through complex disruptions. Amy also remains deeply committed to service, contributing to resilience, veteran advocacy, and community leadership through organizations such as Stop Soldier Suicide and the Baltimore Shootout (Lacrosse) for Soldiers.
