Brian Burdette serves as DuraBante’s Vice President of Organizational Transformation & Practice Lead, bringing more than 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, business transformation, and regulatory compliance across multiple industries. He leads DuraBante’s Organizational Transformation practice, helping clients modernize operations, strengthen process discipline, reduce risk, and achieve measurable, sustainable performance improvements.

Brian’s career includes senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, GE Capital, Circuit City, and National Gypsum, where he delivered more than $20 million in efficiency gains and built enterprise-wide quality and process management systems. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Manager, and former U.S. Army Major, he is recognized for his ability to translate complex challenges into structured, practical solutions.
