Vice President, Government Growth

Alicia Hinds serves as DuraBante’s Vice President of Government Growth, bringing more than a decade of experience leading federal and state proposal development, capture strategy, and government contracting operations. At DuraBante, she oversees the full lifecycle of government solicitation review, bid strategy, pricing, compliance, and submission, while managing revenue projections, strengthening agency relationships, and guiding a multidisciplinary team supporting complex government programs. Alicia also drives business development efforts, cultivating partnerships with government officials, teaming partners, and stakeholders to expand DuraBante’s footprint across federal, state, and local markets.

Before joining DuraBante, Alicia supported government proposal development for multiple Certified Veteran-Owned and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and previously led government contracting operations for federal programs supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, and the Joint Base Andrews military community. A nationally recognized military family advocate and former Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year, Alicia has delivered hundreds of trainings, briefings, and outreach programs focused on resilience, readiness, and support for service members and families.
