DuraBante LLC is proud to announce the addition of Brian Burdette as our new Vice President of Organizational Transformation and Practice Lead. Brian brings more than 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, business transformation, regulatory compliance, and enterprise process improvement across multiple industries, including manufacturing, financial services, technology, retail, and the U.S. military.

Brian is a seasoned transformation leader known for building and leading high-performing Business Process Management teams and delivering more than $20 million in efficiency gains and risk-mitigation benefits for major organizations. His career highlights include leading global Quality Assurance programs, embedding enterprise-wide process discipline, directing large-scale operational improvement initiatives, and resolving complex regulatory issues for organizations under heightened scrutiny.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Manager, and experienced transformation executive, Brian brings deep expertise across sales, marketing, finance, human resources, compliance, logistics, and operations. His background spans executive leadership roles at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, senior operational roles in manufacturing and service organizations, and distinguished service as a U.S. Army Major, overseeing logistics operations for more than 500 vehicles and managing personnel programs for more than 700 soldiers.

In his new role at DuraBante, Brian will lead our Organizational Transformation practice, helping clients achieve measurable improvements in performance, resilience, and operational maturity. His work will focus on combining the science and art of transformation—driving process improvement, elevating quality and compliance, and enabling organizations to meet both immediate and long-term strategic goals.
