Based on direct client input and our own field experience, DuraBante has designed two management development training courses to assist individuals in their career paths. The first course (Phase I) is designed for those who are just starting out in management and are looking to develop foundational leadership and management skills. The second course (Phase II) is built for those with more management experience who are looking to enhance their existing leadership skills and develop a more strategic outlook for organizational improvement. These courses are typically taken in sequence.

In both phases of DuraBante's management development training courses, our consultants help participants develop the mindset necessary to successfully manage others, learn leadership styles, and apply industry-relevant techniques. Our goal is to prepare these individuals with the necessary knowledge and tools to increase the likelihood of their success at their specific level of management.
