Offering Description
Phase I - Survey Design, Development, and Implementation
The intent of Phase I is to conduct a survey that accurately reflects the organization's personnel's views on management, expectations, and company goals and objectives. This is completed remotely via Teams.
During phase I, our team:
- Meets with leadership team and personnel
- Conducts interviews to understand the culture and organizational structure.
- Develops and implements a communication plan.
- Develops survey questions specific to the location.
- Establishes survey parameters, such as scale and time.
- Launch the survey.
- Monitors survey activity and completion.
- Closes the survey.
Phase II - Feedback and Recommendations
The intent of this phase is to gather and analyze the survey data to develop a report with findings and recommendations. This phase will also include direct feedback from personnel.
During phase II, our team:
- Collects the survey data.
- Analyzes and finds themes from the responses to open-ended survey questions.
- Develops recommendations for the leadership team.
- Provides survey feedback to the leadership team.
- Assists the leadership team in establishing objectives for improvement.
- Assists the leadership team in developing message points for feedback sessions.
- Assists the leadership team in delivering survey results to employees.
- Delivers the final survey results to managers.
