Course Description
This hands-on project management course gives the participants an understanding of what it takes to make a project successful. To do this, the course touches on managing the scope, schedule, and budget for a project. Additionally, the course guides participants on how to effectively manage stakeholders, risk, communications, and quality. Through the course, participants will work on their own project or a sample project to apply what they are learning.
